This venue is perfectly located near the Disney theme parks and a subway line, making it easy to travel around. I loved that it was close to a shopping centre with an excellent food court. The shuttle service was an added bonus, and the fitness centre was top-notch. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the room amenities, including the in-room safe and ironing facilities, were of great use.

I had a great stay at Comfort Suites in Urayasu. The self-check-in and check-out machines made for a hassle-free experience. I really enjoyed the free lemonade and coffee available on the first floor, especially the refreshing lemonade. The room was spacious and had a unique feature with a jigsaw frame on the wall, which had a surprise coupon underneath for a special gift. My kids loved it when they got a cookie packet in exchange! Additionally, having a free computer and printer on the first floor was convenient for printing out my Disneyland tickets. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Comfort Suites.

Despite the inconvenience of not having a restaurant at the hotel, there were nearby restaurants to choose from. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was a great perk, although I wish the frequency was more frequent than once an hour.

As youngsters, we loved the convenience of having a clean hotel with a 24-hour Lawson convenience store right at our doorstep. The self-check-in and check-out machines made the process quick and easy. The free lemonade and coffee on the first floor were a great perk, and the lemonade was especially delicious. The separate toilet with the eco-friendly flush tank was a delightful feature. The spacious rooms and the jigsaw frame with a surprise gift for kids added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The free computer and printer on the first floor were also very useful.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the subway station. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, despite their limited English skills. The rooms were larger than typical Japanese hotels and were very clean and comfortable. There is a convenient 24-hour convenience store connected to the hotel for any last-minute needs.
